Recycling process
A circular economy starts with a choice, your choice
ORIGIN
-
Industry
Offcuts, second choice, and post-consumer products purchased externally.
-
Recycled
Post-consumer recycled products.
-
Internal offcuts
Offcuts, perforation waste and second choice from our own foam and latex factories.
Our recycling process starts with carefully sourced materials — internal production offcuts, industry leftovers, and post-consumer waste. These materials are shredded, mixed, and reprocessed through a controlled, step-by-step method that avoids steam or harsh treatments. The result: durable, flexible, and fully customized products that meet the unique needs of a wide range of industries.
UPCYCLING
-
1. Shredding
Source material is cut into small particles and then passed through a sieve.
-
2. Recipe
Different shreds are being weighed and dosed according to the recipe.
-
3. Mixing
Shreds go into a rotary drum & are spun into an evenly distributed mixture. Glue is periodically sprayed on the rotating emulsion.
-
4. Drying
The emulsion is poured into a mould and pressed on. The substance dries for 24h. As no steam is used, our foam retains its soft and flexible properties.
-
5. Cutting to size
The hardened block can be cut to any size or shape.
